The smartphones feature a 6.55-inch FHD+ pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, 20:9 aspect ratio, 1200 nits peak brightness, and 402 PPI pixel density. The display also includes HDR10+ support. Furthermore, the smartphone has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top of the display for display protection.

Motorola Edge 40 is powered by a ( 6nm ) based MediaTek Dimensity 8020 SoC. Along with that, the smartphone featured Mali-G77 MC9 GPU for graphics-related tasks. The handset is paired with LPPDR4X-type RAM and UFS 3.1-type storage. If talk about the Operating system, Motorola Edge Plus 2023 runs on Android 13 with the company’s MyUX interface.

The newly launched Motorola Edge 40 is priced at EUR 599.99 (roughly Rs. 54,000) in the European market. The handset has debuted in Eclipse Black, Lunar Blue, and Nebula Green colour options. The phone comes in a single 8GB RAM + 256GB storage configuration. The phone will go on sale in Europe in the coming days.
Motorola Edge 40 price in India, Availability
Launched as the successor to the Motorola Edge 30, the newly-launched Motorola Edge 40 is available in a single configuration of 8GB RAM and 256GB inbuilt storage. The phone is priced at Rs. 29,999 in the country and is available for purchase through Flipkart, with pre-orders starting from May 23 at 12 PM IST. The phone will go on sale starting May 30.
No-cost EMI options starting at Rs. 5,000 per month are also available on the purchase of the handset to select customers who use certain bank cards during the transaction. An exchange offer of up to Rs. 2,000 could also be availed.
