The phone sports a 6.38 FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, 1300 nits peak brightness 20:9 aspect ratio, and 411 ppi pixel density. The display also gets HDR 10+ support. Furthermore, the smartphone has Schott Xensation Glass Protection on top of the display for display protection.

iQOO Z7s 5G is powered by a ( 6nm ) Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC. Along with that, the smartphone featured an Adreno 619L GPU for graphics-related tasks.
