The Redmi K60 series has been launched in China. The lineup includes the Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Pro, and Redmi K60E and this is the successor of the Redmi K50 series. The Redmi K60 series for the first time brings support for wireless charging and a curved OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Redmi K60 and Redmi K60 Pro are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series chipsets, whereas the Redmi K60E is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Pro Specifications

The Redmi K60 and K60 Pro are featured 6.67-inch QHD+ AMOLED displays with 120Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 1400nits peak brightness, the smartphone also includes 12bit P3-color gamut, Dolby Vision, 1920Hz PWM dimming, and HDR10+.

The Redmi Redmi K60 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC paired with Adreno 730 GPU. While the Redmi K60 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with Adreno 740 GPU, with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. Both smartphones run on Android 13-based MIUI 14.

For optics, the Redmi K60 has a triple camera setup on the back, including a 64MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. There is a 16MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats. The primary camera is capable of recording up to 8K videos at ( 24fps ) and the front camera can shoot 1080p videos at ( 30/60/120fps ).

The Redmi K60 Pro features triple cameras on the back, including a 50MP Sony IMX800 primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 118-degree FoV, and a 2MP macro shooter. There is a 16MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats. The primary camera is capable of recording up to 8K videos at ( 24fps ) and the front camera can shoot 1080p videos at ( 30/60/120fps ).

Both smartphones get all sensors like an in-display fingerprint sensor, face unlocks, infrared sensor accelerometer, gyro, and proximity. Both handsets have dual stereo speakers. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging.

The Redmi K60 packs a 5,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging and 30W wireless charging support. While the Pro version has a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging and 30W wireless charging.

Redmi K60E Spesifications

The Redmi K60E comes with pretty much the same display as Redmi K60 and Redmi K60 Pro. Redmi K60E featured a 6.67-inch 2K AMOLED displays with 120Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 1200nits peak brightness, the smartphone also includes a 12bit P3-color gamut, Dolby Vision, 1920Hz PWM dimming, and HDR10+. There is Gorilla Glass Victus over the display for display protection.

Redmi K60E is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset with Mali-G610 MC6 GPU, which is coupled with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, that is further expandable via a microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 13-based MIUI 14.

The Redmi K60E features triple cameras on the back, including a 48MP Sony IMX582 primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. There is a 16MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats. The primary camera is capable of recording up to 4K videos at ( 30fps ) and the front camera can shoot 1080p videos at ( 30/60/120fps ).

TheRedmi K60E gets all sensors like a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, face unlocks, infrared sensor accelerometer, gyro, and proximity. The handsets have dual stereo speakers. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging.

The smartphone is equipped with a 5500mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.

Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Pro and Redmi K60E Price

The Redmi K60 starts at CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs. 30,000) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. This Redmi smartphone’s top model with 16GB RAM + 512GB storage is priced at CNY 3,599 (roughly Rs. 43,000).

The Redmi K60 Pro is a top-of-the-line handset that starts at CNY 3,299 (roughly Rs. 40,000) for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. Its most expensive variant costs CNY 4,599 (roughly Rs. 55,000) and carries 16GB RAM + 512GB storage.

Finally, the Redmi K60E costs CNY 2,199 (roughly Rs. 26,000) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. Meanwhile, its 12GB RAM + 512GB storage is priced at CNY 2,799 (roughly Rs. 33,000). This smartphone has gone on sale in China.

The Redmi K60 Pro and Redmi K60 will go on sale in China starting on December 31 at 10 am local time (7:30 am IST).
