Motorola launched its new smartphone the Moto g54 5G in India on Wednesday (September 6). Which is the latest addition to their mid-range G-series smartphones. Just days before this release, the company unveiled its high-end counterpart, the Moto G84 5G. Motorola claims that the Moto g54 5G is the first 5G smartphone in its segment that offers a remarkable combination of 12GB RAM and 256GB storage along with a 50MP OIS primary camera. Notable features of the device include the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC, a massive 6,000mAh battery, immersive Dolby Stereo speakers, fast 33W TurboPower charging, and more.

The Moto g54 5G features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The display features a 120Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, 560 nits of brightness, and an impressive 240Hz touch sampling rate. Furthermore, the handset has Panda Glass for display protection.

Moving to the internals, the Moto g54 5G is powered by a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC. This chipset is coupled with the IMG BXM-8-256 GPU, complemented by LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. Additionally, the storage can be expanded up to 1 TB via a microSD card. The Moto G54 5G runs on Android 13 with My UI 5.0 on top. Motorola has promised Android updates for 1 year and security patches for 3 years.

The Moto g54 5G sports a dual rear camera setup that houses a 50-megapixel primary sensor with Quad Pixel technology and optical image stabilization (OIS). Additionally, it includes an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. For selfies and video calls, the phone is equipped with a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.

Moto g54 5G from Motorola boasts a large 6,000mAh battery with a 33W TurboPower charging feature. This fast charging technology is claimed to fill the battery from zero to 90 percent in just 66 minutes.

Moto g54 5G Price in India, Sale Date, and Offers
The price of Moto G54 5G in India has been set at Rs. 15,999 for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The top-end model with 12GB RAM + 256GB storage is priced at Rs. 18,999. The phone comes in Midnight Blue, Mint Green, and Pear Blue colours and will go on sale through Flipkart as well as select retail stores in the country starting September 13.
Launch offers on the Moto G54 5G include a Rs. 1,500 discount for purchases made via ICICI bank credit cards and EMI transactions. Further, EMI options start at Rs. 668.
